3. Nature of Our Services
Idol Immigration & Overseas Consultants provides immigration and education consulting
services, including but not limited to:
• Permanent Residency applications (Canada, Australia)
• Study Abroad visa guidance (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)
• Visitor and Tourist Visa assistance
• Business and Investor Visa consultation
• Spouse Open Work Permit guidance
• Start-Up Visa and Intra-Company Transfer assistance
• IELTS coaching and preparation
• Post-landing and job search support services
3.1 Nature of Advice
Our services constitute immigration consulting and advisory support. While we work
diligently to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance, we are not a law firm and our
consultants are not solicitors or barristers. Our advice does not constitute legal advice. For
complex legal matters, you may be referred to or advised to seek qualified legal counsel.
3.2 No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities of
the destination country. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that any visa
application, residency application, or immigration process we assist with will be approved.
Outcomes depend on government policies, individual circumstances, and documentation
which are beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Idol Immigration, you agree to:
• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation at all times
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your personal circumstances, contact details, or
immigration status
• Respond to our requests for information or documentation within agreed timeframes
• Not knowingly provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information
• Review all documents prepared on your behalf before submission and confirm their
accuracy
• Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the payment terms set out in your service
agreement
• Comply with all relevant immigration laws and regulations of the destination country
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if a client is found to have
provided false or misleading information, without refund of fees paid.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
5.1 Service Fees
Our professional service fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of
services. Fees vary depending on the type of visa or immigration service required, the
complexity of your case, and the destination country.
5.2 Government and Third-Party Fees
Our service fees do not include government application fees, visa fees, translation fees,
courier charges, medical examination fees, biometric fees, or any other third-party costs.
These are in addition to our fees and are your responsibility to pay directly unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the terms agreed in your individual service agreement. In general:
• Professional consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken
place
• Where a service package has been purchased and work has commenced, partial
refunds may be available proportionate to work not yet completed
• Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@idolimmigration.com
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose your
personal information to any third party except:
• Where required to process your application (e.g., submitting to government
authorities or educational institutions)
• Where required by law or court order
• With your express written consent

7. Use of Our Website

these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Clients from other jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia)
acknowledge that they are engaging the services of an India-based consultancy firm, and
agree that Indian law shall govern the relationship.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will
be published on our website with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date. Continued use of our
services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
