IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) only Invited Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Candidates in this Draw. To be eligible for this draw Candidates must have a Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) of 753 Points. Without PNP nomination the minimum CRS scoring would have had 153 Points.
