Australia Update: South Australia will accept the Registrations for Off-Shore Applicants who are falling under 259 occupations of South Australia’s Skilled Occupation List on February 16, 2022. Depending on Occupation or Work Experience the requirements of the State Nomination will vary. Applicants must ensure that their occupation is available in the state occupation demand list & applicants must meet the specific requirement of their occupation. Applicants must review all the requirements related to their selected visa pathway. Applicants must upload the colour scanned copy of their original documents & All the documents must be translated in to English.

British Columbia PNP program has issued over 1000 ITA’s to apply for Provincial Nomination. The latest Draw was held on February 8, 2022. In this draw, BC PNP issued 198 Invitations. BC PNP send the invites from Two Streams (1) Skilled Immigration & (2) BC Express Entry Invited Applicants will have 30 days to complete their applications. OINP issued 622 Invites to the Candidates who may eligible for Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Stream with the CRS range between 463-467 & the remaining 206 Candidates invited for the French-Speaking Skilled Worker. This Draw was especially for Tech profiles. Nova Scotia invited 278 Nurses through the Provincial Nominee Program. Nova Scotia invites Candidates based on their Occupation in Demand list. Applicants who had already submitted their application in the Express Entry pool with NOC 3012(Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse) got the invite. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3years of work experience along with IELTS or French CLB 9. Candidates need to Submit the Reference Letter from the Employer. Invited Candidates have 60 days of time to complete their Applications. They will be awarded 600 points to their Express Entry Profile.
